If it was just rating the car it would be a 5 star review but the website says delivery in 7 days I think and it wasn’t shipped until 14 days later and then 7 days for delivery. I had a hard time trying to get ahold of a representative through emails. It took about a week for a reply, and nobody answered the phone. A simple email saying the car was not in stock at this warehouse but we will get it out to you by this date would of kept me happy and not thinking that this could be a scam.

I was impressed with the service received and professionalism. I have never expected the sales rep himself to deliver the car to not miss the birthday. I believe the name was Lue (my apologies if I have it wrong or any typo). Thank you so much for the excellent service! Have not seen such a customer services oriented company for a while- Amazing!

Great company to order from! Went above and beyond to make me happy, bought for my sons 2nd birthday so haven’t opened and put it together yet so I can only speak on the quality of the company and I’ll say they’re top notch! Was afraid we weren’t going to be able to get it as we live in a very remote area and the shipping was going to cost $400 but they scouted around found a way to get it to us for a little over $100 and they covered the cost just to make our transaction an even happier one. Will definitely be ordering from them again, I see a Christmas present for my little one in the future 😊
